The Rose Parade WOW! January 1 Part 2 Make sure you look at part 1 first!!!

And now we continue on with the parade!

Sea of Surprises - Sea World Parks
PETA was protesting this float because it shows the orcas swimming free and they don't swim free at Sea World!  Note the police presence around the float.  Somewhere along the parade route, 27 people were arrested!

This team of Norwegian Fjord Horses had the breast caner awareness ribbons on their rumps in memory of their owner who died of breast cancer a few years ago.

This was another controversial float that was being protested!  This is a giant wedding cake and there was a gay couple on top who got married during the parade!

And now the fun begins!!!  All of the crazies follow THE parade with their own parade.



So Buddy took off his sweatshirt and joined the fun!!!  Well until we got to the bus!

These are people who camped out on the street all night to get a good spot to watch the parade!

The following pictures were taken at the Float Viewing venue.  They are close-ups of the many floats.  Enjoy the beauty of them....
